I have decided to create goals for each of My New Year’s Resolutions, to make them easier to complete throughout the year! Tonight I am going to start on my fitness resolutions, which include taking more dance classes as well as incorporating sports into my routine.
There is a Hip-Hop class at my gym tonight that I am really looking forward to taking! This will be my New Year’s Resolution Accomplishment for this month! Every month, I am going to make sure I incorporate a dance class, sport, or other adventurous workout to my fitness routine!
I would love to play flag football again this season! Brett and I had so much fun last year!
In addition to accomplishing my fitness goals, I am also going to work on my skills in the kitchen! Every week I want to make a new dish! As you can see, I am not very handy in the kitchen!
I don’t handle whole, raw foods well!! Anyways, I am going to try my best to become a great cook!
Setting these monthly and weekly goals are really going to help me accomplish my resolutions this year! Can’t wait to get started!
