The rehearsal was a great time for our family and friends to meet and mingle before the wedding the next day.
The bridal party started off doing their thing, with the help and direction of a lifelong friend Cindy, who has been friends with my parents since before I was born and was kind enough to be our Officiant and marry us!
After the rehearsing was over, it was time for a little cocktail hour out on the deck right near the Marina. The weather had just cleared up, so although it was a little moist out, the weather was great and we all enjoyed the scenery outside before entering the ballroom for dinner.
There was a little personalized touch added to the event with these cute little napkins, in our wedding colors!
Once everyone was ready to eat, it was time to head inside the ballroom, where a gorgeous buffet was set up. I was hopping around from table to table talking with everyone, so I did not have much time to snap a photo of the delicious food, but I am dreaming of the filet as I am writing this and wishing I had a bite right now!
After the Rehearsal Dinner, the girls stole me away to celebrate some more before the big day. We were separated from the guys to stick to the “can’t see each other before the wedding” theme, so they went off and did their own thing. We posted up at the little bar at the resort not too far from where our dinner was and enjoyed some more of each others company while toasting to the good times!
I totally stole that last picture from my Cousin Liz, but the sunset that night was so beautiful I had to include it in my post!
