Preparing for a White Christmas

This Christmas is a little different for our family as us Floridians are preparing for a snowy celebration in Chester Connecticut, where Brett’s Aunt and Uncle invited everyone to celebrate this year. It is my first time traveling for the holidays and I could not be more excited!

Brett and I have spent all weekend shopping for our gifts to bring with us and running some errands needed before our travels.

I did have to indulge in my favorite (fast food) breakfast of all time. I think I may be addicted to it.

The Chick-fil-a chicken, egg, and cheese bagel sandwich.

And a decaf coffee…with just a splash of regular to curb my cravings. :)

Preparing for the holidays really leads to lots of errand running, and Brett and I came home to finish packing and relax a little. (I am working on my best friend’s Bridal Shower invitations, so I had to get some of that done before leaving. Details to come soon, I am really excited to share!)

Is anyone else traveling for the holidays? Any advice for a newbie? :)
