It’s time to get back into the workout groove!
After having a baby a month ago, my body is finally feeling 100% and I am just itching to be active again! Since Brett and I moved to Winter Garden we haven’t found gym to become members at yet so lately we have been scouting out different gyms and fitness programs that we may want to join.
We have decided on an at home regime to start off our fitness goals. Insanity. Have you heard of it? It is a 60-day fitness program which uses military style exercises that don’t need equipment. Perfect for us to complete at home and still be able to watch Rylee.
Yesterday, Brett and I started Day 1 which was a Fit Test. We were given instruction on multiple exercises and recorded how many we could complete in one minute. This will be a test that we will complete throughout the program to measure our progress.

Starting our new workout routine really felt great and already put me in an active mood!
I had the chance this morning to take a bike ride on the trail and I took it! the weather was perfect and I got a great 45 minute ride in!
