It’s my second week of meal-prepping, and the short week made it very easy once again to prepare everything all at once. (I am sure it is not any more difficult to prepare for 5 days, but I just haven’t done it yet! :))
Anyways, this week I prepared some blackened seasoned chicken and sauteed mushrooms, broccoli and mini sweet potatoes. I found the cutest sized potatoes at the store that are the perfect portion for lunch.
I also prepped a snack this time, some fresh sliced strawberries.
This morning before I left for work, I also threw in a packet of instant oatmeal for breakfast and an apple.
