It’s Friday everyone, and you know what that means. Count down to Happy Hour!
This morning I had a little bit of extra time to myself, so I decided to blast myself with a quick full body workout before getting ready for work.
I have plans to head to Happy Hour after work with the girls from the office, so I knew that I wouldn’t be able to workout afterwards.
I only had about 15 minutes and I wanted to target every area to feel a good burn throughout, so I came up with a quick routine.
It clocked in right at 15 minutes and I felt a good full body burn! Just enough to make me sweat a little and feel good and toned before heading to work… and Happy Hour!
