Lunch and Weekly To-Dos

Happy Monday!

This week I got a little creative at the grocery store and wanted to try out a few new ideas and recipes.

I just had to share what I had for lunch today. It was a healthy version of a restaurant favorite of mine:

Turkey, apple and brie wrap.

Turkey Brie Apple Sandwich

I calculated the calories the best I could and was surprised to find out that this  delicious sandwich only came up to around 400 calories. I enjoyed it with come sliced cucumber and red pepper to keep it healthy. It complimented the richness of the sandwich very well and ended up being very filling!

      Red peppers are my new favorite! I love that they are more on the sweet side than green. But both are yummy!
