Day 2 of the 30 Day Ab Challenge is upon us! Day one was fairly easy, but I can tell these workouts are going to get more difficult as they go.
This morning my routine resulted in the following:
- 1 set of 60 crunches
- 4 sets of 30 Mountain Climbers (1 on each leg = 1 Mountain Climber)
Total Workout Time: A little over 6 minutes.
I never realized how much mountain climbers affected my abs! I was breathing pretty heavy, and even noticed that my shoulders were being worked as well!
So far the workouts have been super easy to incorporate into my daily routine. With the morning to-dos building up, getting both Rylee and I ready, and making sure Winston gets in his morning walk, it’s hard to add in one more thing. But I have been getting up 30 minutes earlier than usual in the morning so that I can work in my ab workouts and not feel so rushed in the mornings. It has been working out great!
