30 Day Ab Challenge – Day 3

Happy Friday!

Don’t forget to do your ab workout!

My routine resulted in the following:

  • 1 set of 70 crunches
  • 2 sets of 40 Mountain Climbers
  • My third set I was going for 50, but took a small pause half way through at 25. My shoulders were burning! (1 on each leg = 1 Mountain Climber)

Total Workout Time: 7 minutes exactly
