My routine resulted in the following:
- 1 set of 80 crunches
- 1 set of 40, 1 set of 30, 1 set of 40, 1 set of 30 Mountain Climbers (1 on each leg = 1 Mountain Climber)
Total Workout Time: A little over 7 minutes.
Workouts are getting harder, but still so easy to incorporate into my daily routine. Even with getting everyone ready for our road trip to Tampa.
And I have to say I’m feeling really good in day 4 by only adding in these short workouts.
