30 Day Ab Challenge – Day 5

Days 5

Busy day yesterday! Headed back to Orlando after our live fantasy football draft! Here’s what my routine looked like on day 5:

  • 1 set of 90 crunches
  • 1 set of 50, 1 set of 40, 1 set of 45, 1 set of 15 Mountain Climbers (1 on each leg = 1 Mountain Climber)

Total Workout Time: 8 1/2 minutes.

Mountain climbers are getting so much easier to do! Keep working and upping your reps to see how many you can do without stopping. I couldn’t believe I got I to 50 in one set!
