30 Day Ab Challenge – Day 6

Days 6

This weekend was pretty busy so I missed a day traveling from Tampa to Orlando and my original plan was to complete Day 5 and 6 in one day, so sorry this is late!

I completed Day 6 tonight after work and my routine resulted in the following:

  • 1 set of 100 crunches
  • 2 sets of 50, 1 set of 60 (with a brief pause at 45) Mountain Climbers (1 on each leg = 1 Mountain Climber)

Total Workout Time: A little under 9 minutes.

Mountain climbers are getting easier!
