Day 7 introduced a new exercise – triple plank hops.
If your wondering what they are, they’re exactly what they sound like. Get in plank position, jump left, jump center, jump right, jump center. That’s one.
I can see why many people dropped out of this challenge now. They are hard! But keep pushing through! It’s only Day 7, we can do this!
This morning my routine resulted in the following:
- 2 sets of 50 Bicycle Crunches (1 on each leg = 1 Bicycle Crunch)
- 2 rounds of the following: 1 set 15, 1 set 10, 1 set 15 Triple Plank Hops (1 left, 1 center, 1 right, 1 center = 1 Triple Plank Hop)
Total Workout Time: 15 minutes
Sweaty morning workout! I followed my ab routine with a walk around the neighborhood with Winston to cool down.
