30 Day Ab Challenge Day 8

Day 8 came a little later today. I completed my daily workout once I got home from work today

These workouts are definitely getting more difficult each day. But I am noticing that as each day passes, I am able to complete more reps of each exercise at a time.

Today’s routine resulted in the following:

  • 1 set of 70, 1 set of 30, and 1 set of 20 Bicycle Crunches (1 on each leg = 1 Bicycle Crunch)
  • Triple Plank Hops (1 left, 1 center, 1 right, 1 center = 1 Triple Plank Hop)
    • 1 set of 15
    • 1 set of 10
    • 1 set of 15
    • 1 set of 15
    • 1 set of 10
    • 1 set of 9
    • 1 set of 11
    • 1 set of 10
    • 1 set of 5
    • Total = 100

Total Workout Time: 18 minutes.

The Triple Plank Hops really are a challenge. I have noticed that to complete this many of them, it is easier to go as long as I possibly can and focus on that number than to shoot for a larger number that is going to sacrifice good form.

I am definitely feeling these throughout my whole core, shoulders and even my legs! I need a good stretch now!
