30 Day Ab Challenge Day 10

Today, my routine resulted in 3 ROUNDS of the following:

  • 75 Bicycle Crunches (1 on each leg = 1 Bicycle Crunch)
  • 25 Triple Plank Hops (1 left, 1 center, 1 right, 1 center = 1 Triple Plank Hop)
  • 25 Mountain Climbers

Total Workout Time: A little over 16 minutes.
