30 Day Ab Challenge Day 12

Happy Monday!

Today’s ab routine resulted in the following:

I started with Triple Plank Hops this time just to get them over with. I am really beginning to despise these guys! However, on a positive note, I do feel like I am getting better at them.

  • Triple Plank Hops (1 left, 1 center, 1 right, 1 center = 1 Triple Plank Hop)
    • 1 set of 20
    • 1 set of 20
    • 1 set of 15
    • 1 set of 17
    • 1 set of 12
    • 1 set of 6
  • Flutter Kicks (1 on each leg = 1 Flutter Kick)
    • 1 set of 105
    • 1 set of 105
    • 1 set of 65
  • Mountain Climbers
    • 1 set of 60
    • 1 set of 30

Total Workout Time: 22 minutes (I was feeling determined tonight so I finished quick!)

I followed up my routine with a 30 minute walk around the neighborhood with Rylee and Winston as the sun was setting.

Now off to cook a delicious healthy dinner! Oven roasted chicken tenderloins and steamed broccoli with fresh grated parmesan cheese.
