I was very excited to do the workout today because it was completely different than all of the previous days.
Today my routine resulted in the following:
I had never heard of these before, but if you have ever done P90X, they are referred to there as wide leg situps. You lay on the ground with your feet out wide. As you sit up, cross your arm over to the opposite leg. In P90X they count each situp as one, so that is what I did for this workout.
I completed today’s allotted number in 2 sets of 50 Eagle Situps.
Horizontal Jacks are like jumping jacks but in the plank position. While you are in plank position, shoot your legs out and back in. That counts as one.
I completed the total of 100 in the following sets:
- 1 set of 30
- 1 set of 50
- 1 set of 20
Total Workout Time: 13 minutes.
Finally no more Triple Plank Hops! Can’t wait to complete tomorrow’s routine!
