30 Day Ab Challenge Day 17

Today’s ab routine resulted in the following:

  • 1 set of 60 Eagle Sit Ups
  • 1 set of 60 Eagle Sit Ups
  • 1 set of 52 Horizontal Jacks
  • 1 set of 54 Horizontal Jacks
  • 1 set of 24 Horizontal Jacks

Total Workout Time: A little over 15 minutes.

I am definitely feeling tighter, but I think I am going to try and up my game a little bit more for the remainder of the challenge. I am going to try to add more protein to my diet to hopefully build more muscle. Also, I haven’t had the time to complete my usual workouts in addition to the daily ab routine, so I am hoping to rearrange my schedule a bit to include a full body workout in addition to the ad challenge workouts.

    Ah waiting to see the before and after pictures. I really want to see what 17 days of regular workout can accomplish.
