We have a new exercise today. Plank Ups. You get in plank position, on your elbows, and raise your lower body up and down. And that is one Plank Up.
- 1 set of 70 Eagle Sit Ups
- 1 set of 60 Eagle Sit Ups
- 1 set of 32 Plank Ups
- 1 set of 25 Plank Ups
- 1 set of 18 Plank Ups
Total Workout Time: A little under 16 minutes.
