I hopped out of bed early this morning to complete today’s workout.

We have a new exercise today. Plank Ups. You get in plank position, on your elbows, and raise your lower body up and down. And that is one Plank Up.

  • 1 set of 70 Eagle Sit Ups
  • 1 set of 60 Eagle Sit Ups
  • 1 set of 32 Plank Ups
  • 1 set of 25 Plank Ups
  • 1 set of 18 Plank Ups

Total Workout Time: A little under 16 minutes.
