Good morning!

I woke up this morning to one of my favorite songs! Levels, by Avicii. I love waking up to a great song to start the morning off with high energy!

After feeding Rylee, I got started on this morning’s routine:

  • 1 set of 80 Eagle Sit Ups
  • 1 set of 60 Eagle Sit Ups
  • 1 set of 40 Plank Ups
  • 1 set of 40 Plank Ups

Total workout time: 18 minutes
