30 Day Ab Challenge Day 26

Yay for a new Ab routine today!

Day 26 of the 30 Day Ab Challenge resulted in the following:

Vertical Crunches:

For these, what you want to do is lay flat on your back with your feet up. Crunch up to touch your hands to your toes. If you have a dumbbell handy, you can hold that in your hands as you pulse up that to add resistance. I used a five pound weight.

  • 1 set of 45
  • 1 set of 40
  • 1 set of 40

Mountain Climbers:

  • 1 set of 78
  • 1 set of 63
  • 1 set of 34

Total Workout Time: 11 minutes

It’s the home stretch of the challenge and this new combo of exercises has me sprinting for the finish line! These exercises are some of my favorites so far. I can feel the burn when I complete both, and they are easy to complete in a short amount of time, which is great for my busy schedule.

I am looking forward to see my end results! I will be on the beach this weekend in a bikini, so let’s hope I’m flaunting some abs! :)
