AM/PM Workout

Hi everyone!

Hope your day is going well!

Mine started with a quick AM workout before the little one woke up. Brett is out of town for work (again) and I really felt like I needed to just get as much of a workout in as possible, in between work and being a mom. 😉

So I am splitting my workout between this morning and tonight when I get home from work! AM PM Workout

Each workout is only about 10-15 minutes and all together, I get a good full body toning session! I also made sure that the moves were easy to do while watching the little one if needed. I’ll most likely be doing the walking lunges tonight with an 18 pound weight – I mean baby – in my arms. Hey, I’m not complaining, makes for a happy baby and I get a more challenging workout!

For breakfast I enjoyed my recent go-to. A toasted bagel with melty peanut butter.

And for lunch today, I am enjoying another Easy Salad Lunch!

I found a new salad kit to try out this time.

Baby kale and mixed baby lettuces,  fontina cheese, seasoned flatbread strips, sun-dried tomatoes and a garlic vinaigrette.

Definitely a more savory style salad today!

I topped it with some grilled chicken once I got to work to add a little protein and complete the meal.

It was yummy! And I already know what I am having for lunch tomorrow!

    This might sound weird but I had a good workout at home with my physical therapy for my knee with no pain during or after. Small steps but in the right direction :)

      It was so easy to incorporate into my day! And Rylee actually enjoyed walking around the house with me while I did those walking lunges! :) Thanks for reading!
