Morning Workout & A Scrambled Breakfast


We have passed the hump of the week and made it to Thursday! I can taste the weekend!


This morning I work up early and completed Wednesday’s Tone it Up full body workout video.  It was a really good workout and it felt good to sweat first thing this morning.

I love the moves that Karena and Katrina come up with. They really do feel like they use my whole body to complete them, which I love!


For breakfast, thankfully I did not make in a scramble! I enjoyed a spinach, egg and cheese scramble with whole wheat toast.


I don’t like the cheese to over power the eggs at all, so just a little bit to add the flavor and creaminess does the trick. I used sharp cheddar this morning and a little bit of that goes a long way.
