20 Minute Killer Cardio Workout

Is it Friday yet?

I’m not sure if it is just me but this week feels like a long one. Probably because of the short week last week!

It’s ok, only one more day and then my mom comes up for the weekend for some mommy daughter time while Brett is in Vegas for the weekend.

This morning I wanted to get a little cardio in first thing, so I worked up a sweat at home with a 20 minute interval workout that got my heart rate up fast!

I made sure to stretch and warm up with a few jumping jacks and arm rotations before diving in!

It feels so good to start sweating first thing in the am!

I’m also continuing with the #30SummerDays photo challenge and having a blast!




Today’s picture was a #TBT from last year’s July 4th trip to my parent’s timeshare.




Rylee was only a little peanut back then! We are going back there this year and I’m looking forward to creating more great memories!
