I have been so busy lately and missing my blog terribly!
I recently travelled to NYC for work and my flight was delayed on the way home. I didn’t get home until after 2AM and worked the next day, so I have been recovering from lack of sleep.
It was a great and successful trip, though!
I finally feel better and I am so excited about this weekend!
It’s Brett’s 30th birthday and we are heading to the West Coast to celebrate and will be taking our first trip together without the baby!
Rylee and Winston will be staying with their Grandparents while we are away and everyone is very excited.
We plan to go fishing, enjoy each other’s company and relax by the pool. Should be a great time!

Also, can I just mention again how much I LOVE the Nike Training App?!
I’ve been doing workouts at home just because I have been so busy lately with work, traveling and our house guests that we have had, and these workouts are so great and easy to fit in at home!
I’ve been cranking out a good 30 minute cardio sesh every morning this week and it feels great!
I also just discovered that they have 4 week programs that you can create based on the results you want.
So cool! I created an Intermediate Tone Up plan and I am excited to see what the program looks like.
