I have created my new favorite full body, free weight workout routine!
I love this routine because I can feel the burn in both my upper and lower body. I came up with it when Brett and I were on our trip to Sanibel for his birthday and I really wanted to get a good full body workout in but not spend too much time in the gym while the pool was waiting for us.
I did the exercise below with 15 lb. dumbbells and repeated each exercise 3 times before moving on to the next one.
For an added bonus if you have the time, try the ab bonus at the bottom after you complete all the exercises!
The routine without the abs took about 30 minutes and I really felt it in my chest and hamstrings afterwards!
